The Lake Shore 10 Point Service Level Commitment

1.  Lake Shore will be prompt, prepared and equipped at each attendance to professionally transcribe the testimony requested.

2.  Lake Shore will produce a professionally accurate transcript for all requested depositions or court proceedings.

3.  Lake Shore will comply with requests for transcript delivery instructions, including expedited handling procedures.

4.  Lake Shore will provide clients with a condensed version with word index and an ASCII or ETranscript on all transcripts. 

5.  Lake Shore will assign a named service manager for all your service needs (scheduling, billing, etc.).

6.  Lake Shore will invoice for services in a manner consistent with your accounting systems and processes.

7.  Lake Shore will track all services by the client's internal control system or case management parameters.

8.  Lake Shore will maintain a searchable electronic witness/case database for all services provided.

9.  Lake Shore will provide a courtesy copy of all previously ordered transcripts.

10.  Lake Shore will be available for client support (i.e. scheduling, billing, etc.) Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT (after hours availability via mobile phone).
